Simple Tomato and Onion Salad (v)

This is another light and lovely side dish.

For 1-2 portions you need:
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced into half moons
1 red onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Place everything in a bowl, season and drizzle over the oil. Allow to stand for a while before eating.
