Cranberry Sauce with Clementines and Port (v)

This is a lovely, fruity sauce perfect for the big day.

You need:
350g fresh/frozen cranberries
4 tbs caster sugar
3 tbsp port
zest and juice of 2 clementines

Place everything in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5-10 mins and then leave to cool in a serving dish. This will keep for about 3 weeks.
