For one person you need:
1 cup watercress
1 cup rocket
1 inch cucumber, diced
1/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup croutons
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
For the dressing combine 1 tbsp white wine vinegar with 1 tbsp hazlenut oil.
Mix, serve, eat.
